Service includes 1) daily cleaning / sweeping roads, side shoulders, removing silt, garbage from gutters, cleaning open areas, garden,Cleaning outside building pemises, common areas such as terraces, staircases, passage, Collecting garbage/ wastes from quarters daily & dumping in garbage bins and disposing off the same outside colony premises (upto designated disposal place)including conveyance, etc. 2) Removing choke up and cleaning of drainage lines/ chambers, etc. Trimming of branches of trees as and when required, etc. 3) Cleaning premises of recreation hall including toilet blocks ,Clearing of grass and removal of rubbish at colony premises at regular interval & disposed of the same outside of the periphery of the MIDC area.4) Cleaning of underground and overhead water tank by tanclean process at least once in a six month 5)cleaning septic tanks once in a year,6) spraying moisquito /snake repellent around all buildings once in a month,7) providing pest controll to inside and outside of all quarters two times in a year. The item includes any other work related to housekeeping as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer In charge with all material, tools, labour, taxes, etc. complete.
