SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF DECORATIVE STREET LIGHT POLES WITH FOUNDATION

Supply and fixing of LED street light Luminaies 90 watt wih IP 66 rating. LEDs shall have optical grade polycarbonate/PMMA lens to provide street light distribution. The fixture should be made of pressure die cast Aluminium/ Aluminium Extrusion and clear flat glass. The housing should be with manufacturer's name embossing permanent mark on the die cast housing (Stickering/ screen printing is not acceptable). Control gear shall be provided with die cast aluminum cover for safety. Short Circuit protection should be such that it recovers automatically after fault condition is removed. Integral control gear, IK 08 or above. The fixture should have lumen maintenance of at least 70% at 50000 burning hours at ambient temp of 35 degree C. The driving current for LED should be Max 1A ±10 % . CCT should be 5700 K (+-300K). The efficacy of fixture should be at least 130 lumens/ watt. The power factor of driver should be > 0.95 and the THD 10% & Internal surge Protection should be 4Kv internal and 10kv external surge protection should be atleast 10Kv for better saftey of fixture where CRI > 70%. The Fixture should be complete with LED, Driver and all other accessories. Fixture should have discrete LED type and not Chip on board for better heat managment system and long life of LED. Vendor should provide third party NABL for LM 79, LM 80 Report of LED street light luminaire. Own lab certificate calming third party won’t be accepted. (reports should not be older than 6 months from the date of tender). Other certificates like ROHS certificate, REACH certificate, Photo biological test report & ISO certification for vendor will be needed. Manufacturer to have his own R&D lab for testing & should be approved from ministry of science government of India. The Lighting Fixtures should be supplied with 5 years Warranty against any manufacturing defect and warranty certificate shall be provided to the department through the OEM. Any defects within warranty period will be rectified by contractor and earth connection of each light fitting should be connected to the system earth point either with 3 core cable or though seprate earth cable. Complete all as specified and directed.
