Supply and fixing of 20W LED street light fitting with LED (Higher end) with 25 mm dia. GI pipe (class B) with 1 no. 25 mm dia GI bend complete on the existing post/ on wall with PVC unsheathed FRLS copper leads with MS clamps and with painting . SD455

Supplying and fixing of LED Street light Luminaire comprises of Al Die cast Housing with frame , High Purity PC lens Diffuser,cradle mounting, minimum system lumens of 5000. The luminaire shall have CCT of 5700K and CRI of minimum 80, PF>0.95 and THD>10%. The luminaire shall have IP66 and IK08 protection. The LED shall be compliant with Useful L70 life of 50000 Hrs. Driver efficiency should be 85% to operate in input voltage range of 100V to 270V (nominal rated voltage – 240V) with 4 KV internal surge protection and 10KV external surge protection. (With 5 Years Warranty).

Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum material with heat dissipation fins on housing and secondary lens on each LED/ integrated lens diffuser without cover & should be High power LED of 3 to 5 watt each . The System efficacy >=135 lm/ wt and integrated metal case potted driver & has a unique BIS R number ( as per IS 15885) with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @>=300 V AC & Low Voltage cutoff @>=90 V AC and Auto resetting Safety , Power Factor >0.95 driver Efficiency >85% ,THD(I) 10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -5C to 45C . LED driving output current 750mA. The luminaire shall be BIS certified (Fitting & driver both have separte BIS R number) and Trade mark certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% lumen maintened , CRI >70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external inside driver compartment. driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs as required.
