Supply & Delivery of 240V, 8400 Lumens (minimum) LED Street Light Fittings with IP 66/ 67, IK 10 protection including 10 KV SPD with CCT 3000K/5700K & Luminious efficacy 120 Lumen/Watt minimum or better, burning hour 100000 at L70850, LED Balast should with stand 440V for 8 hours. The LED luminaires and accessories shall have BEE Certification & LED should be with lens (Light efficacy will not get depriciated less than equal to 70% of the rated value over the lifetime of the Luminaries) (Make: Havels / Philips(Signify) / WIPRO/ Crompton) (Manufacturer warranty should not less than 3 years)

Notes for srl Item No 55 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete .No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department. (f) Contractor shall write CA No on street light fitting with synthetic enamel paint which should be visible from ground level. Cost of the same is included in the unit rate of this item nothing shall be extra paid on this account.

EM PORTION:- Taking down old unsv solar street light fittings any type from pole and fixing with LED Solar street light ftting 12 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete all as specified and directed.(Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Fixture made of powder coated single piece pressure die cast aluminum material with heat dissipation fins on housing with UV stabilized PC (UV stablization report submitted for UV cover ) /Toughened Glass cover and secondary lens on each LED/ integrated lens diffuser & should be High power LED of 3 to 5 watt each . The System efficacy >=125 lm/ wt and integrated metal case potted driver & has a unique BIS R number ( as per IS 15885) with Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff @>=300 V AC & Low Voltage cutoff @>=90 V AC and Auto resetting Safety , Power Factor >0.95 driver Efficiency >85% ,THD(I) 10% Humidity 10% to 90% RH Working Temp -5C to 45C . LED driving output current 750mA. The luminaire shall be BIS certified (Fitting & driver both have separte BIS R number) and Trade mark certified. Life Expectancy Equal or more than 50000 burning hrs with Minimum 70% lumen maintened , CRI >70 and CCT 5700K +355K. Surge protection shall be min ≥ 4 KV internal and min 10 KV external inside driver compartment. driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs as required.
