F.≥0.95, IP-66,IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMI-EMC as per CISPR-15, lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED,Driver & electrical circuitary) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin), SDCM(Standard Deviation Color Matching) 5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy >135 lm/Watt output . LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted.. Shape size and CCT shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge as per requirement. Supply & delivery of LED Street light of following specification: a) 90 W (+/-5%) for each set, b) System efficiency at Luminaries level shall be minimum 115 Lumen/Watt whereas LED Chip level efficiency shall be minimum 160 Lumens/ Watt. c) The luminaries should be of IP 66 protection, Driver IP 66 & IEC 61000-4-5. d) Input Voltage of 130V -270 Volt. 50 Hz. A.C. supply. e) Driver should have in-built protection against high voltage surge, open circuit & short circuit. f) Housing should be of Die-cast aluminum housing with epoxy powder coating and having cooling fins for effective heat dissipation. Separate cavity for driver & LED lamp. g) Operating Temperature: 0 deg to +55 Degree C with a relative humidity of 10-95% RH h) Third party test report from NABL accredited laboratory of LM-79, LM-80 & IP-66. i) CRI (Color Rendering Index) shall be >70 or above. j) Make of LED Chip: - Nichia, Cree, Osram, Lumileds. k) Life of LED shall be rated at 50.000 Hrs. or above. l) Correlated Color Temperature normal (CCT) 3700K m) The luminaries withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs, should have an auto shutdown at 325V and have an auto recovery feature. n) The product should have 5 years warranty period.
