Supply, installation connecting electrically and testing of street light junction box size 155x 210 x 92 mm, made out of thermoplastic and arrangement of incoming 3 Phase 4 wire system and outgoing 3 phase 4 wire system with R,Y,B & N studs and control for incoming & outgoing cables with MCB SP 6 Amp 23 Volts with Neutral link including Flat iron 25x3mm "D" Clamps (2 Nos) Suitable for pole of any size with bolts, nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to includes for incoming & outgoing cables glands & lugs of size up to 10 sqmm to 16 sqmm 2 core

Providing and Laying RCC Foundation for Octagonal / Conical Street Light poles, High mast Poles as per Drawing attach at Table P-4 with Following Procedure & All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR . A) Excavation of Pit for Foundation Size upto required depth from Ground level B) Dressing of Pit and Dry stone pitching 200 mm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete. C) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of M-10 grade of 75 mm thickness D) Reinforcement for R.C.C. work with TMT bars including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. E) Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for Footing and Pedestal F) Providing & Fixing of 2 no. Required Size PLB HDPE Pipe & Foundation Bolt with template as per OEM Recommendations. G) Providing and Laying Reinforce cement Concrete of M-25 grade in Footing and Pedestal including Curing the foundation for 7 days. H) Providing and Fixing Nosing Angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6mm with 2 no. 100 mm long, 10 mm dia. Lugs on each face. Pole Foundation for Octagonal pole from 7 Mtr. To 9 Mtr.

Labour charges for Dismantling of following existing street light electric poles with street light fixtures, underground cable, MS box and other electric items of the pole coming along the alignment of the road and removal and re- rolling MS poles/PCC poles of different sizes as well as handing over the same to DISCOM/UIT/MC store and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge and clean the site good as per the requirement and submit the receipt from concering authority, all complete works.

Supply and fixing following capacity of automatic street light cubicle control panel painted with anti corrosive alkali and acid proof paint consisting of time switch TSO 100 series with contactors, HRC fuses, isolating switch metering instrument & instrument box with CTs etc. in case of TPN, complete in all respect. 25 A TPN PS No.-807 e (ii)

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.(DSR-2018, 12.42)
