Erection, installation, alignment, testing and commissioning of 220 kV HV Side Isolator Set on Bus Bar–A with new motorized operating mechanism and remote operation facility (isolators to be supplied by HPSEBL) including dismantling of existing defective 220 kV HV Side Isolator Set b.) Repair and servicing of existing 220 kV HV Side Isolator Set on Bus Bar–B comprising alignment checking and correction c.) Improvement of contact resistance d.) Servicing of blade/contact assembly e.) Greasing and lubrication of all moving parts f.) Replacement of worn-out/damaged components wherever required and functional testing after servicing g.) Comprehensive maintenance/repair/replacement and tightening of all nuts & bolts, PG clamps, 220 kV side jumpers etc. connected to 220 kV Bus-Bar A & B, 220/132 kV 150 MVA Bank, 50/63 MVA Power Transformers, 220/33 kV 25/31.5 MVA Power Transformers, 220 kV feeders and associated switchgear equipment, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
