Execution of Civil, Architectural finishing, MEP and other Miscellaneous works for Construction of Operation Control Centre (OCC) at Sarai Kale Khan Namo Bharat Station.
A standby spare charger (for 1 to 6 UPS cells) and a spare cell bank with 6 nos of cells. Control transfer from one UPS to another UPS shall not cause any disruption of power supply. Overall availability of UPS system shall be better than 99.99%. Provision of suitable Earth Leakage detection both AC and DC supplies and Alarms shall be made. Temperature monitoring equipment shall be incorporated in the UPS system to optimize the charger voltage as function of battery room temperature, to generate alarm in case of room temperature exceeding the preset permissible temperature and to predict the battery back time. Alarms, health status and displays generated by each UPS shall be shown locally i.e. at SCR of station, as well at remote location in both OCCs (at Modipuram or as nominated by employer) at one separate terminal each in respective OCC. Telecommunication Contractor will provide LAN port between stations and the OCC for communication purpose, the point of Interface between TER (Telecom Equipment Room) and CER (Central Equipment Room) at OCC. E&M Contractor shall make all other necessary arrangements such as communication cards/ ports.
