SE(O&M)/PTCUL/KSP/47/2025-26 are genuine, true and correct copies of the original documents. The said documents, certificates etc. either issued by the company, firm/partners or by the third parties are true and genuine and there is no element of fraud, forgery, misrepresentation and falcification of the documents. We shall be solely responsible in case of documents/informations submitted with the bid are found false/incorrect at any given point of time. We also declare that our firm has not been blacklisted/ debarred by any Govt. undertaking/Govt. departments/Power Sector Utilities/equivalent organization for participating in the tender. We also declare that apart from us, any other company or firm or undertaking or any other establishment wherein the Directors’ of this Company/ Partners/Stakeholders are members, relative or interested have not participated in the tender. We understand that in case the parties under the same management have participated in this bid than this fact must be disclosed in the tender failing which the contract can be terminated & Penal Provisions of fraud shall follow. We understand that in the event of any of the document being found not genuine, forged, fudged or concocted it will be in the absolute right of the owner to forfeit all the negotiable instruments, Bank Guarantees, payments, running payments or any other form of money available with the owner either pertaining to this contract or other contracts without assigning any further reason and without giving any further notice. We also understand that in such an eventually our firm, Directors of Company/partner of firm etc. apart from action under Indian Penal Code, we shall be blacklisted throughout India to take any work in any of the State government/Central Government related enterprises. We also understand that apart from the determination of contract without any liability on owner and forfeiture of the monies available with owner in any of the form, we shall be liable to indemnify the owner with an amount which shall be two times the amount of contract. In case of our failure, the said amount shall be recovered by the owner in a form of arrear of land revenue from our company/firm/all directors of the company, proprietor, partners of the firm etc. who shall be jointly and severally responsible in person. We also understand and declare that this term Company/Director/Proprietor/Partner etc. shall include their legal heirs, successors and assigns. We also understand that in such an eventuality we shall also be liable under section 198, 199, 200, 34, 120B, 405 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code and other applicable provisions of Criminal Jurisprudence.
