Topiary cutting/ shaping of plant, removing of cut material’s cleaning, hoeing of plants complete design, hocking of trees (Topiary) watering, manure etc as per instruction of officer in charge. Tools and Machinery involved shall be part of the rates quoted.

Garden Maintainance - 1) Maintenance of garden in all respect for keeping gardenin good condition such as Mantainance of Lawn,flower bed, canna bed, shrubbery, rosary, hedges, plants in all respect including , weeding, pruning, sprayings, dusting lawn mowing, hedge clipping, stirring, top dressing,inter cultivation, planting, reporting, garden waste composting, cleaning and sweeping of garden, pathway and pagado, toilet cleaning, waterbody, fountain, etc. for 21650 Sqm area.

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant ) These includes new plants ,including seasonal flowering plants, shrubs, hedges etc. , shifting of plant from pots, Relocating the plants and /or Pots etc. within complex as per requirement by WHM, Cost of plant shall be paid extra. Payment shall be done after each work at monthly basis

Collection of segregated Municipal Solid Waste generated from transfer station to Sada Site Plant of all the 25 wards in Municipal Jurisdiction including loading and unloading. The collection should be as per the Solid Waste Management Rules on daily basis including Sundays, Public Holiday from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (8 hours) and same to be transported with vehicles provided by the Council including fuel. Engaging of workers alongwith proper protective gear to workers for lifting and transportation of Municipal Solid Waste from transfer station to MSW site, Sada within Municipal Jurisdiction, Vasco-da-Gama, Goa.

Engaging mali for the followimng works: Cleaning and sweeping of lawn/ garden area and keep it neat and clean by manually method, remove litter debris’s , picking of leaves, paper’s , bottle etc as per direction of officer incharge. Cutting of hedges/edge, hoeing of hedge/edge beds, watering, manuring and applying insecticides and fungicides etc as per direction of officer incharge. Topiary cutting/ shaping of plant, removing of cut material’s cleaning, hoeing of plants complete design, hocking of trees (Topiary) watering, manure etc as per instruction of officer in charge. Complete maintenance of trees (Outside garden feature’s) jobs like making of bush at regular interval, i/c watering, deweeding pruning & application of fertilizer. Maintenance of potted plants cement pots, earthern pots, application of good earth, manure, insecticide ,pesticide and fertilizer’s , removing of dry parts by pruning, cleaning dry leaves and displaying in appropriate place and replacement of broken pots, coloring of pots and change location of pots and replacing with fresh plants as per the direction of officer incharge. Deweeding of lawn by removal of all weeds & other wild growth with roots by forking as per direction and satisfaction of officer incharge.
