M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces throughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as given here in after (a) Bituminous primer @ 0.3lit per Sqm conforming to IS-3384-1986 (b) 3 mm thick APP polymer modified moply FP with minimum wt 3.0 Kg per square metre membrane (one layer) laid by torch application method. (c ) Applying two coat of bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg in two coats (total in two coats) per square metre over membrane. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (d) The overlaps of APP shall be SSR part 1 and APP shall be laid by expert/ skilled workers only, bitumen based aluminious paint applied by brushes only.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.11.41A.1 Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size 11.41A.1.1 Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm

M&L Making hole and fixing the metalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer without disturbing existing structure as per manufacturer's instructions and forming agent like coreseal 357A/ core seal 357 CAT for carrying out non destructive water proofing treatment of sunken portion slab, floors and walls of bathroom, WC WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as hydrophobic PU grouting, epoxy coatings etc. including cleaning of surfaces with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakage and repairing, removing/ taking down unsound treatment/ surfaces and followed by material and labour for second course injection of resin like coreseal 135A/ 135B without disturbing existing structure complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make:Buildcore chemicals/ Pidilite/ Chemistic/ Fosrock as approved.

Earth work Excavation in all soils for Water Supply Laying work Including Refilling the Excavated Earth etc complete .,

NOTES:- (i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days along with plumber, mason,labours etc 0830 hrs at AGE E/M NRC to receive complaint for plumbing, water supply works and to submit completion report on the same day by 1700 hrs. (ii) Printed complaint slip as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor. (iii) Rate quoted above shall be deemed to incl the cost of T&P, equipment, saftey device etc alongwith sufficient labour to full fill the requirement to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (iv) Cost of labour for providing new items including replacement /Demolition/ dismantling/ taking out/down of old unserviceable item shall be deemed under respective item. (v) Cost of material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items . (vi) Being an essential Water Supply work,the defects shall be rectifide within -48 hours from notifide by Engineer-in-Charge. Failing which penelty of Rs.5000 per day per job will be imposed and recovered from contractor. (vii) If defects are not rectifide within 10 Days, the rectification work shall be carried out at Risk and cost of the contractor.
