Supplying, Fabrication, Erection on suitable RCC foundation and Commissioning with 3 (three) months Trial Run (including cost of routine testing of water sample for performance evaluation) of pressure type Iron removal plant as per design norms of the P.H.E. Dte. with necessary accessories viz. MS fabricated shell with minimum 10 mm thick MS plate with 2 (two) coats of anticorrosive paint & minimum 12 mm thick MS media supporting plate fitted with required no. of pot strainer, MS fabricated oxidation chamber with minimum 10 mm thick plate with necessary pipe connection, valves, Gauges & other instruments as required as per departmental approved design & drawing including cost of filter media, Air Compressor & Air blower with motor, starter, main switch etc. of required capacity & approved specification including power connection from main line etc. all complete. (Rate excludes the cost of Concrete Platform & drain, and the cost of Blower Room): 25 m³/hr. capacity

Design, Supply, laying, fitting of pipeline from different unit to nearby Drain/ Water body/ Pond/ upto 100m. Length for proper disposal of backwash water. (Payment will be made as per actual length of executed works.)

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches or drain in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading & stacking the spoil within a lead of 75m as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches. Levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out of water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1500 mm.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. a) with earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete. Including the cost of supply of sand.( Payment to be made on measurment of finished quantity )

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Brick work with 1st class Bricks in sand cement Morter (6:1) including raking out joints scaffolding & curing etc. completed as directed by Engineer- in- Charge. a) In foundation and Plinth :

40 mm. thick damp proof course with cement concrete(1:1.5:3) (with graded stone chips 20 mm nominal size) with water proofing compound of approved brand @ 0.2% weight of cement including cost of materials over two coats of non toxic acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing slurry coat completed (cost of water proofing compound and non toxic paint to be paid seperately) for underground water retaining structures.
