M&L for application of high perfomance hybride polyurea elastomeric water proofing coating cold applied, liquid membrane at 1.5 kg/Sqm with an elongation minimum of 400 to 600% by airless spray machine and tensile strength of minimum 11-13 N/mm2 as per ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability minimum of 3 to 4 mm as per ASTM C1305 , Shore Hardness of minimum 70+5 as per ASTM D2240 complete as per directed by Engr-In-Charge. The System shall also include final base preparation including cleaning of the plaster surface etc and applying epoxy primer as approved makes in two coats at a coverage of 1 kg/Sqm, etc as per manufacturer specification, complete all as specified and directed.
