Receiving and taking-over as defined in the scope of work & specifications, handling, loading, transportation and unloading of owner supplied GI pipes of all dia.,GI fittings, Isolation valve, appliance valve,brass adopter Anaconda, Meters,Regulators,Suraksha hose pipe with clamps,GI sleeves, GI fittings and other free issue items from owner's designated place(s) of issue to contractor's own stock-yard(s)/ Work Shop(s)/ work-site(s) including proper storing, stacking, identification, providing security & insurance cover, including installation of GI line (alongwith installation of required accessories as mentioned above) of following sizes, including fabrication, consumables, labour and other incidental works and handing over the same after return of the surplus pipes, fittings, valves & other accessories to the owner's designated store; carrying out all temporary, ancillary, auxiliary works required to make the GI line ready for commissioning as per drawings, specifications, scope of work and other provisions of contract document and instructions of EIC/ SIC, including but not limited to carrying out the following:

M & L for taking out old water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction. Note:-Obtain material through out low laying Area

Construction of Gate and Check post 2 Nos., Water tank 4 Nos, Public toilet, Tube well with pipe line, laying of pipe line, Farmer rest shed and Canteen at Additional Yard of Krishi Upaj Mandi samiti Narsinghpur Distt. Narsinghpur

Period of completion of work (in 6 Months (Including Monsoon)
