The terminal for connection of 75 X 5.2 mm with two holes of 14 mm diameter. Fast Electrode is dully filled with the highly conductive material with sealing at both ends with lead terminal of 75 X 5.2 mm at top. The 88 mm Dia 3 Mtr Length Electrode should have type test report from CPRI. Type test report for Short time current of 42 kA rms for 1 Sec with initial peak of 88.2 kA. The Electrode should be tested in MSME Govt of India. The Electrode should be tested for Salt Spray Test as per BIS 117-09 for Corrosion for minimum 500hrs. Along with 2 bags of 25kgs each of Earth Enhancing Compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited and BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) accredited laboratory. The testing laboratory should be ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be tested referring to protocol IS 1350 & IEC62321/111/54/CDV. The pH value of compound should be between 7 to 8. The content of mercury (Hg) & Hex chromium should be below detection level.
