Charges for operation and maintenance of Sewage treatment plant (STP -400 KLD capacity) and operating the motors at sewage pump house, collection well during day and night at IISER TVM. This includes operation and maintenance (Routine / preventive) of pumps, all valves, all motors, gear boxes, Blowers, Decanters, Ultra filteration units. and other plants and equipments in the STP including necessary periodic cleaning of tanks as per schedule attached . The contractor shall also carryout mixing of chemicals, apply lubrication of machineries, equipments, motors, gears, gland packing, collecting treated / untreated sewage samples, maintaining log books, registers and complete operate and maintenance of the STP as per the manufacturers operation and maintenance manuals. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of labour charge for un-install and re-installation of motors, valves, pumps,etc for sewage treatment and other equipments and machineries in the STP but excluding the cost of Electricity and water. The work shall be executed as per the tender conditions Note: Rate quoted shall be inclusive of GST and all applicable taxes
