Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches aftertaking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : Above 40 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing HDPE Pipes complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. HDEP PIPE 75 mm

Constructing of 1 No. RCC OHSR of 50KL (50000 ltr) Capacity having staging Height 17.00 mtr. & FSL 20.00 mtr from formation level complete with external RCC Stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator single manhole cover lightning conductor etc. complete as described in schedule No.3 providing and fixing CI/ DI K9 D/F expansion Joints, bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing Duck foot bends, Conforming IS-9523 with latest amendments) and D1 19 D/F sluice Valve duty ISI marked (IS 14846-2000 Or latest on each with inlet outlet and scour pipes. As per detail specification TMT steel & painting of all complete shall he included in cost & P/F aluminum ladder inside/steel ladder outside tank of the OHSR including testing of soil bearing capacity tested from the reputated institute such as PEC Chandigarh / TTT Sector-26, Chandigarh GNEC/Ludhiana/Thapar Institute of Engineer and Technology Patiala Complete in all respect SBC shall be tested in the presence of Engineer or his representative as per specifications. (The specifications & drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of Soil is not less than 8.75 tons per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of soil is less than 8.75 tone per sqm. The contractor shall submit his own design keeping in view seismic Zone-IV for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS specifications. The difference in quantities from the standard, drawing based on 8.75 tone per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR+ Prevailing Ceiling Premium including overflow houdi, including providing and fixing water Level indicating system and construction of plinth protection around OHSR with masonry toe wall with including foundation depth, earthing cc 1:8:16 with 40mm stone aggregate and conglomerate floor 40mm with CC 1:24 as per DWSS specification. Providing & applying, integral crystalling slurry of hydrophilic in nature for water proofing management for vertical and horizontal surface and swellable type water stop tape.
