M&L for drainging out water from semi undergroung water sadimentation tank of capacity 70000 Gallons scraping out bleachin residual, sediments, sand, fungues scaling etc from inside, bottom and wall of water storage tank with the help of wire brush, steel Patti broom and jute bags and taking out same from the water storage tank and throwing at a distance not less than 25 mtr away from the water storage tank, cleaning inside the water storage tank and then washing and flushing out with fresh water including area cleaning of around the water storage tank all bushes/leafs/shrubs till the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and writing the date of cleaning on water tank wall with black/white enameld paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L for petty repairs to water supply network of upto 50mm bore pipe line for stopping leaking by providing new GI union, socket, Tee , elbow, bends, nut bolts, washers or welding etc as required at site and testing on completion including earth work complete all as specified and directed.

The panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on suitable foundation, for working 40 HP Centrifugal pump sets at a time. Cabling work Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 185 sqmm x 3.50 core XLPE cables for the above pump set from panel board to starter and Copper Cable not below 25 sqmm , 6 lines, from starter to motor, for working 40 HP Centrifugal pump sets at a time. considering energy conservation, including providing necessary Cable Tray of MS fabrication in side the building and sand filled brick trench, additional length allowance as loop for future repaire as per the direction of Engineer. Earthing Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe/plate eartihing Gl/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc. as per IE standards. The capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834. Valves Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged sluice valve and Non retum valve of 150 mm dia. 1.60 PN pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support , for Non return valves and Sluice Valves , of reputed make. Suction and delivery pipe connections Supply and fitting of 150mm dia. best quality C class GI erection pipe, for a total length of 10 m. suitable for the above pump set with suitable flanges, bends, nut and bolts IR sheet packing etc. complete (erection pipe shuould be of 2m each with flanged joints, welded firmly inside and out side for the flange, to hold the heavy load, and for facilitating lifting and erection of motor inside the pump house) and connecting the delivery side ofthe pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main.
