DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of 9m LT/street light pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making Red & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30 cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs only PVC flat cable twin core PVC insulated and unsheathed solid aluminium conductor of size 6.00 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs IP 66 Integral LED security light luminaire 60 Watt, 230 Volt, AC made of high pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED lens and heat resistant toughned glass, efficinency 110 Lumens per watt, external 10KV, 440 Volt SPD and in built 4KV IP 67, isolated driver with operating range 902V to 340 VAC, CCT-5700K,. LED life 1 Lakh burning hours fixture should withstand 320 Volt upto 48 Hrs auto cuttoff >320 Volts and restarts 40 Volt sustain upto 8 hrs , NABL accredited LM 79 report compltete all as specified.

Supply and fixing street light bracket made out of 25 mm dia GI pipe light grade of length upto 1.5 mtr bent to shape required with and including 2 Nos, 50 x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts, washer etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint to clamps including dismantling of old brackets complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.
