Maintain water supply of following BPS's. The work includes operation of Pump sets as per prevalent schedule and as change time to time on daily basis as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, LT Panel and all other electrical and mechanical equipments to maintain the water supply in the command area. The work including minor maintenance of E&M equipments like tightening the glands, greasing, dust blowing & misc. Electrical work like replacement of bulb, tubelight, thimbles, etc.(material will be provided by the deptt.), Cleaning & sweeping of pump house, E&M installations and gardening, including watch & ward of complete area of BPS with following staff as under:- 1. APD :- 2 Nos. for each BPS 2. Beldar :- 3 Nos. for each BPS Name of BPS in command area of CT5:- 1. Sector 17, Pkt A 2. Sector 17, Pkt D 3. Sector 17, Pkt E Total no. of shift of APD (Semi-skilled)

Removing & Re-fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks for laying of pipe line by manual method, stacking of serviceable & non serviceable material separately, disposal of dismantled material lead up to 50 mtr. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joints to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the directions of Engineer in charge. The rates to be inclusive of fixing of 70 percent reusable precast concrete interlocking block and cost of required new precast concrete interlocking block against damaged, including all lead and lift as per Technical specifications. (Interlocking block manufactured by fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS:6717-2001. Tensile splitting strength and breaking load as per BS: 6717-2001 Colour: Grey cement natural colour. Variation in Dimension : Less than 1.6 mm Variation in thickness: Less than 3.2 mm) Note: If existing precast block used more than 70%, than for every 1% use above 70%, deduction of 1% in cost shall be done for every 1% use above 70%.

Supplying and laying of 20mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

100.14.6:Conveying and laying S&S Centrifugally Cast (Spun) / Ductile Iron Pipes conforming to IS: 8329 excluding cost of pipes and specials: 350mm diameter Ductile Iron Class K-9 Pipes.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below NGL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr deep below NGL, connected by galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolts, thimbles, cheak nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mmx 300mm, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320 x 320x 80 mm size (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, adequate quantity of common salt, charcol etc all as shown in electric plate No-3 of MESSSR Part-I(2009) as specified including and provision of GI strip 7.50 mtr long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade , including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earth strip toan earthing test point/panel including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional strip more than 7.50 mtr will be measured and paid seprately under relivant item.
