Providing Household Tap Connection as per technical specification and approved drawing as per relevant IS code (amended up to date) from uPVC/DI/AC/MS/GI pipe line up to consumer meter/premises by using PP/MS saddle piece (Complete job).This job includes digging out suitable size of pits and trench for laying service line in all kinds of soil (excluding road); depositing and refilling of pit & jhiri with watering & ramming /compacting in layers and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 100 meter ; providing & fixing of all fitting duly approved in accordance with specification for potable water including MS/PP saddle piece, gunmetal ferrule 4.0 mm , GM Full-way Valve (IS:778 Mark) or ball valve (min. weight 165 gm) and specials, below ground level 20 mm nominal dia MDPE pipe PE 80 PN 16 as per ISO 4427 / 20 mm nominal dia PPR-C (Three layered) pipe PN16 SDR 7.4 (IS:15801:2008) (ISI mark) and above ground level using 20 mm dia PPR-C pipe with standard PPR fittings/ 15 mm dia GI pipe with fittings in the premises for fixing a tap / meter box (excluding) ,including accessories with flushing, cleaning, disinfecting and testing of pipe line complete required for making of service connection complete in all respect including labour charges . The service line should be laid at least 45 cm below ground level.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing in trenches GMSERW bevelled edge flanged/butt welded pipes including cost of bends of all degrees conforming to IS/ISO 3183-2007 Grade L-210 or B as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned there in code ( mill Tolerances to be restricted with in 3%) a random length of 4m - 7m. The M.S. flanges are to be provided as per table below conforming to IS: 6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments) and welding of flanges with pipes as per IS: 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS: 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of M.S. nut and bolts as per IS: 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointing gasket sheet not less than 3mm thick as per IS: 2712-1965. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face + one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipes should be conformed to IS: 6822-1994 (earth work in trenches, MS flanged and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for separately) . The pipe shall have zinc coating inside and out side as per IS:4736 in factory permises latest with upto date amendements.
