Laying, jointing, testing and carriage of HDPE pipes of various dia in trenches to required grades as per (IS: 4984-1995) PE-80, PN-6 Kg/Cm2 latest with upto date ammendments of following OD pipes, material grade and class of pipes including all fittings like end caps, collars & cut pieces etc. complete in all respect. The jointing of pipes should be done by way of butt fusion welding as per relevant IS Code and specifications complete job in all respect in all leads & lifts as per the directions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundations trenches etc. (for pipes and pits ) upto all depths in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work, blasting and chiselling soft/hard rocks where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides levelling of bed to correct excavation and returning the stacked soil after laying jointing and testing of G.I.Pipes in trenches in 15 cm. layers including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting/timbering and dewatering where ever required including restoration of un-metalled/metalled paved surface of its original conditions including cost of diversion for traffic night signals fixing caution boards and fencing etc.complete in all respects.

Excavation in foudation trenches etc. in earth work lifts up to 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and than returing the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc consoildating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20m in Pick and Jumper work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge with in all leads and lifts .

Stacking usable and unusable matrial/soil separetaly and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes (for pipes, pipe duct, chambers, x-signs etc.) returning the usable soil in 15 cm layers by ramming and wetering and then desposing of all surlus excavated soil/un usable material as directed wirhin all leads/lifts includng restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original conditionn and includng cost of divresion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing custion boards, crossing over tranches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect as per the direction and to be entire of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
