Attending day to day complaints lodge in complaint register or ARMAAN app of interrupted/breakdown of external water supply and repair to make the continuity of external water supply after detecting & rectifying the defect such as replacement of nipple, tee,union,socket or blockage in any pipe from 15mm to size 25 mm and other minor items such as required in order to make good the continuity of water supply to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (a) This item pertains to attending complaints of external water supply such as T&P and safety tools will be the responsibility of contractor etc as required in order to attend the complaint to the entire satisfaction of user/Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Rs. 100/- per day will be recovered from contractor payment if fail to rectify complaint within 24 hrs. Necessary exacavation /digging wherever required for the rectification of complaint will be done by the contractor and no extra amount will be paid seperately.
