100.9.11:Laying uPVC pipes of class 2 to class 6 and specials, lowering to the trenches already made, placing in position aligning the pipeline to the lines and levels and jointing the pipes and specials with solvent cement and testing the pipeline with water to the required test pressure (excluding cost of pipes and specials): 160 mm nominal outside diameter pipes.

Providing, Laying, jointing & testing of MSERW pipe of 65mm dia having wall Thick.of 4.80 mm conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 i/c the cost of bends 65 mm in a randam length of 5 - 7 metre including with Galvanised as per IS:4736 with MS Flange joints @ 6% at suitable point & remaining other Circumferencial Butt welded joints @ 94% by minimun effective thorat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 sepecification, by using welding electrodes of 2.50mm to 6.30mm of Advani Oerlikon (Adore)-electrical arc welding to required dia MSERW pipe welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achive the CITOJET / ESAB make, conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing, DP test of butt welded joints complete in all respect excluding the cost of earth work in trenches within all leads & lifts. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for senerately)

Providing, laying patchwork with stone aggregates of Grading - II laid to water bound macadam specifications after trimming the pot holes, removal of failed material, hand packing, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering, and rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8 - 10 tonne to match the adjoining surface complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications [Through Rate]

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (DSR 18.7.1)
