Providing and applying Dr.Fixit, classic Damp Guard, of Pedilite brand/ Araldite Builder Barrierkot Epoxy / Nitocote EP405 water proof coating for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservoir, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels, / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing the 1 Part Base & 1 Part Hardener and one part water and applying the same on the internal plastered surface, 2 coats, with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The work shall be carried out all completeas per specification and the direction of the engineer in-Charge. The product performance shall carryguarantee for 10 years against any leakage

BSL-3 Laboratory Buidling with BSL-3 , BSL-2 and other lab works Specialized equipments, systems and works for BSL-2, BSL-3 and other Lab Specialized Works High Containment laboratory work in NCDC BSL-3 Building shall include specialized internal walls, ceiling and finishing works i/c aluminium coving, door, floor coving, self levelling epoxy flooring, HVAC works including HEPA filters works BIBO/containment housing, Electrical Works, Containment barrier double door autoclave with bio-seal, Effluent decontamination system, Building and Lab management system, CCTV system, Access Control system, Walk-thru-shower system + BLED room, Laboratory work stations, modular laboratory work stations, Double door class 100 dynamic pass box, biosafety door for transfer/decon air-lock and showers, Double door autoclave, compressors, dunk tank, Ventilated type garment storage cabinet, garment storage lockers, Effluent decontamination system for BSl-3 lab 2 nos 750 litre each (1W+1S) with steam boiler and accessories, Water treatment/softening plant, VHP pass Box, Eye-wash stations, Lockers, Biosafety Cabinet Class II Type A2, 6 Feet, HEPA H14 Filter, 415V AC etc and associated works including handing over, validation and certification from Department of Bio-Technology (DBT)// Department of Health Research (DHR) complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

22.23.2:Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin- charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.

providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs /walls by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying (a)after surface preparation ,frst layer of cement @0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.253kg/sqm(b)laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green .Overlps of joints of fiber cloth should not be less than 10cm.(c)third layer of 1.5mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @1.289kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.670kg/sqmand coarse sand @1.289kg/sqm. this will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours following by water curing for 48 hours .the entire treatment will be upto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around
