Design, Construction, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of compact & concealed designed Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 25 KLD based on Johkasou technology / (MBBR) Moving Media Bio Reactor Technology / PeMBR technolgy including fully automation system (Scada System), modular Pre- constructed systems having sedimentation and seperation chamber, anaerobic contact media chamber, moving bed chamber (Aerobic), sedimentation chamber, disinfectant chamber and tertiary treatment plant, including operation and maintenance for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of work including all consumable except power, with adequate manpower to ensure no downtime of plant and provide consistent outlet parameters, the plant shall be all as per Scope of Work & Technical Specification for 25 KLD STP given in particular specification. Note: 15% of quoted amount shall be retained against this item and the said amount shall be paid to the contractor during the AMC period as per particular specification clause No. 34.

Operation and Maintenance of 2Nos STP of 15MLD each based on SBR Technology [with a Total Combined Capacity of 30MLD of Phase-I and Phase-II STPs] at Dadri Road Bhiwani Town, Complete in all respects, including salary and expenses of all type of operating and supervisory staff required for operating of S.T.P., Maintenance of all type of existing Plant and Machinery ,Electric Panel Boards, repair of all type existing Lab Equipment ,civil structure, furniture, I.T. Devices and equipment`s,all electrical and mechanical equipment`s, Cutting of grass and maintenance of Horticulture,Cost of pushing/relaying Online analyzer data and other required data to HSPCB and CPCB servers on 24x7basis in a way/format as desired by HSPCB and CPCB. And Including Preventive Maintenance of all assets of STP including servicing of D.G. Sets. Including Cost of all type of Consumable items, chemicals, reagents,cost of daily sample testing at STP lab along with day to day running of lab and maintaining records as per latest CPCB and HSPCB Norms and Testing of Samples on monthly basis from third party NABL approved Lab as per sampling procedure laid down by BIS/ISO, Complete in all aspect but excluding Cost of Electricity Bills and Cost of Diesel required for running DG sets for STP which will be provided by Department, after request by Contractor 3days in advance anticipating needs of STP. (i) For 1st year during defect liability period after 3 months trial run period

Providing and applying water proofing treatment with two component cementitious flexible polymer based water proofing system to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels/ subway and bridge deck etc., The workshall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineerin-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For horizontal & Vertical surface two coats @ 1.1 kg per sqm (OD)
