Design, Construction, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of compact & concealed designed Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity 20 KLD based on Johkasou technology / (MBBR) Moving Media Bio Reactor Technology / PeMBR technolgy including fully automation system (Scada System), modular Pre- constructed systems having sedimentation and seperation chamber, anaerobic contact media chamber, moving bed chamber (Aerobic), sedimentation chamber, disinfectant chamber and tertiary treatment plant, including operation and maintenance for a period of 5 years from the date of completion of work including all consumable except power, with adequate manpower to ensure no downtime of plant and provide consistent outlet parameters, the plant shall be having least energy and operating cost and No noise during operation, complete all as per Scope of Work & Technical Specification for 20 KLD STP given in particular specification

Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline powder: 2 parts water by weight) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water by weight) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from positive (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI- 212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on positive side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self- healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For horizontal surface one coat @1.10 kg per sqm.

Water proofing treatment over Roof, wall, Chajjas, Balcony etc. with Engineer Plus 7 layer waterproofing system at leakage, seepage area consisting of Surface preparation roughening of surface, opening of cracks in V groove in size of 5 mm to 10 mm width, Back filling of cracks with SBR Latex, 2 layer Spraying Mixture of Aquasil-99 and Aquaprime-99 (Take 20 liter clean water+ 1 liter Engineer Plus Aquasil-99 + 2 liter. Engineer Plus Aquaprime-99 in proportion 20:1:2 This solution should not sprayed over more than 40 sqm area, 3rd Laying 90GSM fiber glass mesh with proper overlap, 4th coat of brushable mortar prepared with Engineer Plus Aquaprime-99, water & cement (Aquaprime -99 @ 0.45 kg per sqm, water @0.45 kg per sqm & cement @0.68 kg per sqm.) in the proportion of 1:1:1.5 by weight, After 4th coat allow the coating to air cure for minimum four hours, after 4 hours interval apply, 2 coat of Flexicoat-99 mixed with Water (Flexicoat-99 @0.33 kg/sqm, water @0.66 Kg per Sqm) in the proportion of 1:2 by weight in 4 hours interval. After 6th coat allow the coating to air cure for minimum 4 hours. After 4 hours interval apply, 7th coat of Engineer Plus smartcoat-99 (Smartcoat-99 @ 0.45 Ltr/sqm & water @ 1.35Ltr/sqm in the proportion of 1:3). The surface will dry within 2 hours and surface would be fully water proof and usable after a period of 24 hours and the final appearance of the coating will be gray/milky white. The rates are included the cost of all chemicals, labours, and Required T&P for Proper completion of Work.

Cleaning of all blockage of any type of sewage line ie branch sewer line, main sewer line etc, manholes of any size and depth, in any situation by way of cleaning/desludging by manually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign materials as well as rodding (full through) of sewer lines and between the blocked manholes where required and ordered by Engineer-in-charge and keeping the sewage line all time functional; cleaning traps, water closet, soil waste/vent pipe, gully traps etc complete upto final drop out let into septic tanks or central sewage treatment plant and/or soakage well (working in foul condition) with taking precautionary measures with necessary equipment as required and applicable all as specified and directed. The sludge removed from the manholes and sewage line shall be removed to out side Defence land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge in entire Bairagarh Military Station i.e., various units area and single living Accn Note:- Note 1 : Contractor will deploy 04 (four ) Nos safaiwala and 01 (one) supervisor per working day in the MES office/complaint cell and will report to the concerned JE/Engineer-in-Charge daily at 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Note 2 : If any of the Safaiwala/Supervisor fails to report daily to the concerned authority, a sum of Rs. 700/- will be deducted per person/day from the payment of the contractor.
