Supply,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Underground Fully Advanced Automatic Sewage Treatment Plant of Capacity of 20 KLD including solar packeg to run the plant on solar energy.

(l) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal- 107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr FiXit/ STP/ CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (m) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (n) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (o) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application (minimum 6-8 hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. (p) A protection plaster ( 12-15 mm thick) in CM 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be applied on the walls upto a height of cementitious coating. (q) Providing and applying a protection screed of 50mm thick 1:4 cement sand mortar admixed with Sika Plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces . Admixture :- Sika Plastocrete plus/ FPSROC/ Dr Fixit / STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. (r) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansions zone in the centre of make Sika Seal Tape S/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP. (s) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (t) waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised. (u) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) complete all as specified. Note :- Item No 122 (e) shall be deemed to be included in quotate rate and item 122 (d) & (u) shall be measured and paid seprately. For payment only floor area of treatment should be measured .

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under :- (a) Application of Two component Acrylic modified cementitious coating (i) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free for Material and labour foraitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer’s published literature should be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following :- (ii) Chipping out any visible cracks in “V-Groove” pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr fixingit 302 SBR latex / Perma latex SBR / FOSROC Nitabond SBR latex / Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure if required. (iii) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr fixingit/ STP/CICO. (iv) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (S.S.D), apply one coat of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal – 107 / Brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr fixingit/ STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer’s instructions.
