LT clamp with nuts and bolt of PCC/STP

M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following course of treatement / specified from bottom to top (a) Applying Bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parpet surfaces. Bituminious primer shall be 'Tar Mastic' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'EMW FLATE' manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick of weight not less than 3.60 Kgs/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Polymeric members shall be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrance flashing. (c) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75mm shall be made at the sides of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all ovelaps and joints as per Manufacturers instructions. (iii) APP based polymeric membrance shall be "SUPER THERMOLAY" manufactured by M/S STP LTD or MOPLY FP manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd.

M&L for Preparing the surface in patches thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles. In existing old terraces with brick bat coba or screeds, damaged or hollow portions, sharp edges, etc. and demolishing/dismantling/taking down and removing existing finishes of any type over existing roof slab till the mother slab is exposed and washing down with clean water to remove all dirt etc. The slab should be recoated with slurry of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP and cement in 1:1 proportion. After drying, the surface cracks must be filled with Dr. Fixit. Crack-X or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP or polymer-modified mortar in case cracks are wider than 5 mm.Cracks less than 2 mm, should be cleaned free of dust with a vacuum cleaner. Apply Dr. Fixit Prime seal or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP in the crack and let it dry. Then pour Dr. Fixit New coat or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP into these cracks and wait for it to dry. Bitumen based waterproofing treatments if existing, must be completely removed by mechanical scarification or by any other effective mechanical means and Dilute 2 parts of Dr. Fixit Prime seal or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP with 1 one part of water. This dilution shall cover 7 to 8 sq.mt. Allow it to dry for6 to 8 hrs.Apply the first coat of Dr. Fixit New coat or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP without any dilution at the rate of 2 sq mt per litre and allow it to dry before taking up the second and third coats, the rate of application being the same. and open woven glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm must be sandwiched between the first and second coat. While the 1st coat is still wet, place the fibre mesh on it. After the coat dries, start applying the 2nd coat of Dr. Fixit New coat or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP .

10 22.5 Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry. sqm 207

Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Prime seal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd/SIKA (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as pr Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd/SIKA all as per Manufacturer's instructions.
