SPL REPAIR OF BLDG NO P-06 (TECH BLOCK) OF CERTAIN MIL UNIT UNDER GE (S) BINNAGURI

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm (without taking off shutter from the frames) and removal from site.

All as item no. 1 here-in before but n.exc 1.5 Sqm each.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (incl backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for grils.rails etc

Demolition of brick walling built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any position and description.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 500m and n. exc. 900m incl roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition).

M&L vetrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) light shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete over 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) all as specified and as directed.
