Annual Maintenance of 5 MLD Water Treatment Plant at Right Bank of Arasalar at Melaoduthurai, Karaikal for the period from July 2026 to June 2027
Maintenance of water treatment plant as per the following Maintenance of water treatment plant (5.0 MLD capacity) constructed on Right Bank of Arasalar river, Melaoduthurai Karaikal. The maintenance work shall comprise the following works as per the schedule appended for the Operational Period: (i) Engaging three operators per day ( 1 No per shift for 3 shifts in a day) during the month Six Helpers per day (2 per shift for 3 shifts in a day) Inspecting the plant by a qualified Engineer once in a month and /or whenever required. 1. Make up and Dosage of Lime and Coagulants Chemicals 2. Keeping records of the usage of required chemicals and report to Engineer in charge whenever the chemicals reach to minimum level. 3. Monitoring and reporting the condition of the components of plant running status to Engineer in charge once in fortnight. 4. General maintenance of pumps, motors, filters, control panel, Inter connecting pipe lines and reporting the faults to Engineer in charge. 5. Removal of blockages in manholes/ conveyance lines etc. 6. Maintaining required quantity of lubricant oil, Grease for pumps and Gear boxes.
