TN-5480 Routine, Breakdown and Capital Maintenance work of DM cum softening plant and water pre treatment plant Unit 1 to 7 KSTPS, Kota

Routine cleaning works & checking of equipments as per details given below. ( DM Plant & DM System Unit 1 to 7)

Routine cleaning of all equipments including pipe lines and valves with duster. Kerosene and water pressure inside outside DM plant such as pumps, pressure vessels, pipe lines, valves, chemical and water storage tanks blowers LPBs & Control Panel in DM Plant, switchgear room, degassed towers etc. This includes cleaning of oil. grease spilled over or near the equipment, base frame foundation etc. (All consumables shall be supplied by the contractor)

DM Plant stage I,II & III (Unskilled)

Routine Cleaning of all equipment with duster, kerosene and water pressure inside / outside chemical dozing Pump house, BFP & CTP Pump House, secondary stator cooling DM Water system etc. of Stage- I to V including cleaning of oil, grease near the equipments. All consumables shall be supplied by the contractor Cleaning include pipe valve and nearby tanks

Stage -I to V (Unskilled)

Routine Checking, make–up and replacement of Oil/grease in all equipment inside/outside DM plant such as equipment of DM Plant, secondary stator DM water system, CTP/BFP Pump House, Chemical dozing pump House etc. attending of any leakage of gland / gaskets etc. by tightening or inserting one/two pieces of gland without opening the equipments, (Oil / grease/ gasket / gland shall be supplied by the KTPS) Stage- I to V. (Semiskilled). Note:- Any of the above routine job includes transportation of material from stores, workshop, part make up of resin in pressure vessel, transportation of chemical dozing pumps from site to stores and back and assisting in departmental works as desired by the Engineer in-charge.

Routine, Preventive and minor breakdown maintenance ( Water pretreatment plant)

Routine, Preventive & Minor breakdown maintenance of Water Pretreatment Plant U # 1 to 7 associated Pipelines, valves including checking, cleaning of equipments etc. as per details in Appendix-A by providing manpower as under in general shift.

Providing daily assistance in Operation, Routine, Preventive and Minor Breakdown Maintenance works of Water Pre Treatment Plant and Chlorination system with associated equipment of U # 6 & 7 of KSTPS, RVUNL, Kota as per details at Appendix-A by providing manpower as under during operation.

Skilled man power

Providing daily assistance in Operation, Routine, Preventive and Minor Breakdown Maintenance works of Chlorination system with associated equipments of Stage-I and Stage-II of KSTPS, RVUNL, Kota as per details at Appendix-A by providing manpower as under in night shift.
