Designing, providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity 200 m3 per day based on MBBR Technology at Hall of Residence no. 14
Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 200 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) based on MBBR technology as per the details mentioned below to treat the sewage water as per the design conditions. The STP shall consist of the following units and equipment. The volume of the tanks etc. is minimum and can be modified to suit the design parameters without any extra cost. All the RCC tanks of M25 grade should have minimum cement content @ 330 kg/cum and minimum reinforcement @ 130 kg/cum. All the tanks and water retaining structures to be waterproofed inside and outside with suitable durable material as decided by the Engineer- in-charge. Inlet Parameters: pH : 6.5-8.5 BOD : 250-300 mg/l COD : 200-550 mg/l TSS : 200-450 mg/l Oil and Grease : 50-140 mg/l Treated water parameters as per PCB norms: pH : 6.5-8.5 BOD : 10 mg/l COD : 30 mg/l TSS :10 mg/l Total Nitrogen ≤ 10 mg/l Toal Toal Phosphorus ≤ 1 mg/l

The Operation and maintanance of above STP/ETP will be for 5 years which includes 24x7 operation of STP and ETP each by skilled operator, regular backwashing/cleaning, all Consumables and any other activity required for un-hindered operation of STP and ETP. The Payment of O&M cost will be done on quarter basis (after every 3 months) after getting report of outlet parameters matching with prevailing RPCB/CPCB norms.
