PACKAGE - A Part - I - Annual engineering maintenance and day to day operational activities of 3 nos. water treatment plants by providing professionally skilled plant operators on one shift basis for each plant throughout the week. The job includes routine maintenance of the system, routine operation, backwash of the filter units, regeneration of water softener plant as required depending upon usage and raw water hardness, water quality monitoring for treated water, monthly reporting of the plant status. (Payment will be made based on the numbers of day’s duty performed on no work- no pay basis.)

Annual Maintenance contract of RO plants with following conditions:- (i) Checking the individual water treatment unit for the performance like flow rate,treated water quality and leakage etc if any. (ii) Checking the performance of Reverse Osmosis water purification unit for system pressure, and replacement of cartridge, cleaning of membrane with cleaning chemicals etc where ever required. (Necessary stores to be supplied by deptt. Free of cost). (iii) Checking/testing the final treated water quality with the available test kits. (iV) If the Malfunction of the unit is noticed, Corrective measures to be taken for the same. (V) Service personnel is required to pay one visit per month. (Vi) No extra payment will be made for any additional visit by service personnel. (Vii) AMC includes servicing/preventive maintenance only excluding spares required if any. (Viii) Servicing of plant with available consumables and to keep the plant in a functional state during maintenance period.

Providing and fixing Mild steel expanded metal 20x60 mm strands 3.25 mm wide 2.24 mm thick with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and using flats 30x6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece with providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 400 mm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 300x100x150 mm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
