Supply and install 1.5 Ton inverter type hi wall split units indoor and outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with 5 star rating and EER 5.2 and Outdoor condesor coil made of Copper, outdoor fixed on wall/chajja firmly by using set of brackets, bolts, nuts washers etc. Including making of hole for liquid, discharge copper pipes and drain pipe making good as existing. Liquid copper pipe line and dischage copper pipe line should be firmly insulated complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or uplastered including brooming down or wire brushing, scrapping down and applying one of cement base paint complete all as spd and as directed.

Supply, installations, testing and commission of CPRI tested Controlled Early Streamer Emission type (ESE) lightning conductor fully autonomous type having Stainless steel central pick up rod, full electrical continuity between the tip and the earth point complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- It shall be fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply required) and shall Collect energy through streamer emission controlled with an electronic device that detects the lightning and trigger a streamer (3,5KV and 20A). It shall Manufactured as per CPRI Requirements / Rating for which tested 5+ve and 5-ve lightning impulse current (8/20ms) of 70KA temperature in degree Celsius 25 degree, atmosphere Pressure in mm of Hg680, relative humidity rh%77 & Indian standard. Test meter must be available to check the functionality of the ESE Lightning arrestor.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared and all as directed including cost of all labour, tools & plants etc., and all other charges complete.(for proposed outside approach pathway)
