Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, pits upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, chieselling soft / hard rock including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil in ordinary rock as directed, within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material upto all lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar including carriage of materials with with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana, Toll tax, Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
