Repair to plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm and under and 10 to 15 mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the walls including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in a lead of 20 metres with:- cement mortor 1:4

Re wiring for light point fan point exhaust fan call bell point with 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated heat resisant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single conre (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface recessed steel coduit with midular switch modilar plates suitbale GI box and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq mm HRFRLS/PVC insulated copper coductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surfae/recessed steel conduit including dismantling as required.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within any lead complete as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
