a)Removal of existing defective Solenoid valves, Limit switches, junction boxes and connecting cables from its location and identification of cables before removing from the field instruments and junction boxes.b)Installation of newly supplied Solenoid valves, Limit switches and junction boxes in its places.c)Termination of cables at field instruments and junction boxes by putting proper cable glands and cross ferruling.d)Shifting of supplied materials to KPCL stores and site location will be under the scope of agency/contractor itself.e)Handing over of released materials from the field location to KPCL stores will be under the scope of agency/contractor itself.f)Finally loop checking of the cables from newly installed junction boxes to PLC control cabinets and further checking the operation of field instruments from remote operation through PLC/SCADA system under the supervision of I&C engineer.g)The required consumables/T&P required for the work shall be arranged by the bidder/agency only.

a)Materials shall be supplied as per the technical specifications mentioned in the price schedule.b)The joint inspection for the supplied materials shall be carried out after receipt of the materials to RTPS/KPCL site.c)The handing over of materials at KPCL stores and shifting of supplied materials to site location will be under the scope of bidder/agency only.d)The agency/contractor shall commence his work immediately after handing over of work front by KPCL.e)The work (Material supply, Installation and Commissioning) shall be completed on or before the stipulated contract period otherwise penalty will be imposed for the delay made.f)The agency/contractor should complete the work as per the KPCL requirement.g)The required T&P and PPE for carrying out maintenance works shall be arranged by the contractor/agency itself.f)It is the single point responsibility of the agency/contractor to provide any additional accessories and consumables required for the satisfactory completion of the work.
