Providing plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed outside using fevicol along with necessary screws, etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, plywood, laminate sheet and other materials should be got approved from the Assistant Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying,fabricating,erecting and fixing of 10 mm thick plaster of paris plain sheet (gyprock Pop board - Saint Gobain make) for false ceiling at a height of 3 m from the existing floor level,including cost of all materials, lead, lift, fabrication, carving, providing cornice work, droping design work,erection charges, cleaning and removal of debris from the work site, Interior painting with two coats of approved interior emulsion over one coat of primer .The False Ceiling design will be provided and execution of work is to be carried out as per the drawing and without any deviation etc., complete.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using II class chamber bricks of size 9"x 4 3/8"x2"3/4" for super structure including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

MECHANICAL (CAD)

Dismantling and clearing away from site to the designated place as directed by the engineer at site including labour, lead and lift etc., complete.
