Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the existing Air conditioner Split type of any description, any make and in any position 1.5 TR/2 TR capacity, both indoor and outdoor unit single phase, strip opening , cleaning and servicing of the AC with using caustic soda/detergent solution, cleaning of suction air filter and coil of indoor unit and brazing the discharge and suction line, reassembling, fixing and testing of the AC complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (Applicable for Sch ‘A’ Item No.3 & 4) (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply & fixing ” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. (ii) Charging of gas, if required, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item

All as per item No.12 here in above but compressor of 1.5 TR capacity AC of any make complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Refrigerant Gas required for charging of compressor shall be measured separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply & charging of refrigerant Gas R-22 Mono chloro difluoro methane (CHCLF2) to make up the required pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of remote controll for window/split A/C complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of drain pipe for window/split A/C standard size of 3 meter complete all as specified and directed. Fixing & testing charges of these items are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer for respective Sch ‘A’ item here in above.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out the non-functional voltage stabilizer for General servicing and minor repairs AC 230 volts Single Phase 3 to 5 KVA cap. of any make by checking, tightening of electrical connection, replacement of all missing/worn out screws, indicating lamps, checking of electronic circuits to make it functional including replacement of minor defective parts complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Supply & fixing transformer copper wound of voltage stabilizer AC, Single Phase, 230 volts of capacity 5 KVA of approved make complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Fixing & testing charges of these items are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the tenderer for respective Sch ‘A’ item here in above. .

Disconnecting and taking down the existing Geyser of any description and any capacity (25 / 50 Ltrs) and any position from the existing location and Dismantling the Geyser of any capacity and of any description material and labour for cleaning and de-scaling the inner tank and other parts / accessories including inlet, outlet , overflow Geyser element, thermostat , ‘U’ assembly etc. with brush, cleaning rod, and using de-scaling solution mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposits /scale is removed as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, brazing for stopping leakage of copper inner tank/gas welding for inner steel tank, re- assembling the complete Geyser after cleaning, Fixing and installation of Geyser in position and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Spare parts if any requires replacement shall be measured and paid for separately .Supply only the following new parts suitable for geyser of capacity 25 /50 ltrs of 2Kw &1.5Kw. Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans and air circulating fans etc. of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations (i.e. Md Accn/ OTM Accn / Md Hostel/ Workshop/ Installations/Tech buildings) for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc, dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades, hanging / fixing the repaired fans in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed. Scope of work shall also included replacement of ceiling fan issuedunder sch 'B' (including notes mentioned here in below )Note for item 20here in before : (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation to & fro of fans to workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs. (iv) Remetaling of motor shaft, polishing and grinding and making to standard size to matching with GM Bush shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

Taking out the exesting loose fitted, hang and defective due to locking arrangement and M&L for repair / replacement of locking arrangement,brazing,welding,screwing not & bolts,painting,re fix the existing serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the SPN/TPN DB, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of items in position, connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable street light and m&l for carry out repair and refix the same of the different spares/components /parts of street light/gate light/garden light/post top lantern light fittings,of any wattage/capacity and any description and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.(i) Necessary T&P i.e. ladder, tools etc required for checking and making the light fittings in serviceable conditions, its fixing in position and testing shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost for checking and fixing of street light fittings/security light fittings of any description on poles / on walls / on pillars etc i.e. in any position at site.(ii) Required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of be arranged & supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor in above respective item.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel suraface ie. Street light poles of height upto 09 mtrs apprx and post top lantern poles of height upto 03 mtrs apprx as existing colors incl numbering of poles as exizting numbers incl preaparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unsevicable of XLPE insulated armoured cable and any type and any size complet all as sepcified and directed

Supply and lay XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of 35 x3.5 core complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in hard/dense soil for laying GI tubing completed all as specified.

Note : (i) The entire work will run for 11 months as indicated in the tender documents. Completion before time shall not be entertained by the accepting officer. Site for the entire work shall be given to the Contractor in piecemeal manner and rates quoted by the Contractor shall be included in the respective item of BOQ. No extra payment shall be admissible to the contractor on this account. Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
