M&L Repair to RCC members such as RCC beam, slab, column or equivalent including cleaning of reinforcement with using Rusticide SS" or equivalent rust cleaner with wire brush after that applying of two coats of slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" /IP NET RB and cement made in proportion of 1:1.5 on exposed reinforcement surface, then applying Polymer Modified cement mortar in proportion 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP:Cement: Washed Quartz sand) including trowelling, curing and finishing/ making surface rough for plastering or equivalent for thickness 0-25mm complete all as specified.

M&L Drilling and fixing Teflon nozzles in RC member, including Drilling Holes: Drilling 12mm dia, 50 to 75mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 350mm in staggered manner or as directed by the consultant in RC Structural element. Cleaning of holes: Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles; Insert 12mm dia teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzle to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min 12 hrs. Cutting of Nozzles: cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural element complete all as specified.
