CWE/AF AMB/AMB-T21/2026-27 REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF UNSV VCB RMU TRANSFORMER HT CABLE HT BUS BAR AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN PATIALA UNDER GE AF AMBALA

Excavation in trenches for foundation n.exc 1.5 meter wide and n exc. 1.5 meter depth and not exc. 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying cable of defferent size and errection of pole and assay etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material(soils) n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling approved river sand in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 08 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down i.e 18cm shall be measured for payment.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HV type-1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid flat for protection of cable , adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of electric cable complete including taking out old bricks all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for for boring/auguring suitable hole & insertion of 80 mm dia GI pipe including supply and inserting pipe not less than 600 mm below existing PCC/road/hard standing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of equipment, tools & plants & material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Taking out / down existing (serviceable / unserviceable) 11KV HT UG cable from trenches/duct/ HT poles, nominal cross sectional area from 95 sqmm to 120 Sqmm including disconnecting of cable and taking out cable covers/bricks) of any description complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Excavation & Earth work shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) Serviceable cable covers/bricks will be kept aside for re-use and the unserviceable one shall be credited to contractor.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning heavy duty, HT 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated cable with aluminium conductor, screened with extruded semi conducting layer, insulation screening with copper tape cover laid up with PVC (ST-2) extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II), Size cross sectional area 95 Sqmm & 3 core laid as in trenches/pipes/ducts or fixed along poles/wall/equipment etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning heavy duty, HT 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated cable with aluminium conductor, screened with extruded semi conducting layer, insulation screening with copper tape cover laid up with PVC (ST-2) extruded inner sheathed GI strip armoured PVC (ST-2) out sheathed, ISI marked confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II), Size cross sectional area 120 Sqmm & 3 core laid as in trenches/pipes/ducts or fixed along poles/wall/equipment etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, jointing and testing indoor type Heat shrinkable end termination cable joint including all material and accessories suitable for 3 core X 120-185 Sqmm XLPE cable of 11000 volts (E) grade complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of cutting of existing end termination joint deemed to be included in quoted rate unit rate.
