REPAIR/MAINT OF TRANSFORMERS, FILTRATION AND PURIFICATION OF TRANSFORMER OIL AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT TBRL RANGE RAMGARH UNDER GE I R AND D CHANDIGARH

Disconnecting HT/LT cable and Earthing connections of burnt/defective transformer of capacity 50 to 500 KVA , 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase from pole/floor mounted, taking from site of installation carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair, replacement of complete gasket set, refilling the oil duly filtered / dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests, including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- New transformer oil, Dehydration of Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately.)

Material and labour for rewinding in repair of LT winding with Copper strip of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including providing insulation,varnish, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rewinding in repair of HT side coil with supper enameled Copper wire of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including providing insulation,varnish, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for rewinding in repair of LT winding with Aluminium of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including providing insulation,varnish, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rewinding in repair of HT side coil with supper enameled Aluminium wire of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including providing insulation,varnish, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

(ii)Opening top cover , disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compectness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv)Cleaning of core to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v)Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge (vi)Refixing of core & winding assembly with new core sheet gasket omistry where required and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii)Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts. (viii)Refilling of oil duly filtered/dehydrated/fresh oil (to be measured & paid separately under respective item). (Note: Overhauling of transformer should be done in site)

All as per serial item No 6.00 above but transformer of capacity from 100 KVA to 200 KVA.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable/busbar and Earthing connections of Servo voltage Stabilizers of capacity 75 KVA , 11 KV/433 Volts 3 phase from floor with the help of Crane or any other eqpt/machine to carry out overhauling of Servo voltage Stabilizers comprising of the following:- (Location : Zone-V Sub Stn Bldg) (i) Draining out oil from chamber. (ii)Opening top cover , disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compectness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv)Cleaning pf core to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v)Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge followed by painting of inner surface of tank with zinc chromate base paint (vi)Refixing of core & winding assembly with new core sheet gasket existing where required and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii)Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts. (viii)Refilling of oil duly filtered/dehydrated/fresh oil (to be measured & paid separately under respective item). (viii) New transformer oil, Dehydration of Transformer oil and spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (Note: Overhauling of Servo voltage Stabilizers should be done in site)

Supply and install MC TRMS (Servo lite) PCB complete.

Supply and install Contactor 100Amp, 3 phase complete.

Supply and install 3Kg motor sync of 60 rpm complete.

Supply and install RC complete.

Supply and install Carbon bush complete

Supply and install closer sheet complete.

(ii) Opening top cover , disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compectness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv) Cleaning of core to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v) Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge followed by painting of inner surface of tank with zinc chromate base paint (vi) Refixing of core & winding assembly with new core sheet gasket existing where required and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii) Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts. (viii) Refilling of oil duly filtered/dehydrated/fresh oil (to be measured & paid separately under respective item). Supply and install MC TRMS (Servo lite) PCB complete.

Supply and install 20Kg motor sync, 60 rpm complete.

Supply and install Carbon bush complete

Overhauling /Servicing of ACB 800 to 1600Amp 415V of any make by carrying out following job :- (i) Taking out ACB from the panel board. (ii) Removal of dirt , dust and carbon particles by air blower. (iii) Cleaning of all moving and fixed contacts of ACB with dry cloth and CRC solution and greasing of moving contacts and gears. (iv) Checking and setting of ACB ON/OFF operation mechanism through TNC and push button (v) Checking tightness of all control wires. (vi) Assembly of ACB in panel and testing complete. (Note: Overhauling of ACB should be done in site)

Supply and fixing in replacerment lockable trip push button suitable for 800 to 1600 Amp ACB all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacerment fixed Arcing contact suitable for 800 to 1600 Amp ACB all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacerment moving Arcing contact suitable for 800 to 1600 Amp ACB all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting the outer surface of the transformer /Servo Voltage stabilizer with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free and cleaning the bushes, name plate etc paint free after painting including writing MES / SM No with enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed for transformer of rating :- (a) 10KVA to 75 KVA (Indoor / outdoor type).

All as per serial items No 25.00 above 100KVA to 200 KVA (Indoor / outdoor type).

All as per serial items No 25.00 above 250KVA to 400KVA (Indoor / outdoor type).

Material and labour for transformer oil for topping up or for replacement in Transformers /Servo Voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Oil shall be in company sealed barrel having BDV not less than 40KV and Transformer oil topping up or replacement should be done on existing installation place on same days)

Transformer oil filteration & dehydration by Ultra High Vaccum Double stage machine to remove impurities from oil such as moisture, dirt,air and other gases and to improve BDV upto 60KV at 2.5mm air gap complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Transformer oil filteration & dehydration by Ultra High Vaccum Double stage machine should be done on existing installation place on same days)

Supply and fixing in replacement silica gel breather complete with fresh blue coloured, for Transformer 50 KVA to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 28.00 above but suitable for transformer capacity 250 KVA to 400 KVA.

Supply and replacing HT/LT side cable box cover plate made out of MS sheet of 16 SWG complete with nuts, bolts, washers suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA..

Supply and fixing in replacement HT bush assembly brass complete with brass spindle, nuts, bolts, washers etc without bushing insulators suitable for transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 75 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out from trenches/floors/road/wall/pipe/pole HT /LT cable of any size/description and removing from site incl making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface all as directed.

Supply and laying of UG cable HT 11 KV rated XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty elect cable with stranded aluminium conductor cross section area 95 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches or passing through pipe including connecting with suitable lugs, glands, nuts and bolts and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Cable joint shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply and fixing Danger notice plate for HT poles made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enemelled white letter, figurers and converntionl skull and bones marked in red colour with MS clamp of flat iron 25x3mm size bolts, nuts size of plate 25x20cm complete all as directed by Engr-in-chrage.

Supply and fixing of Jumper for HT OH lines with insulated with colour coding (Red, Green, Blue) with all connected item i.e nut bolt , UG clamps etc up to length of size 3 to 5 Mtr all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for fixing of Display Board of 60cmx30cm for earth pit made out of 2mm thick MS thick welded on angle iron legs 0.75 mtr ling (02 Nos) of size 40x40x6mm duly embedded in PCC block type B-1 using graded stone aggregate of size 20mm fixed in ground including necessary earthwork. Display board shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Material and labour for removal green vegetation and dressing around the plinth/PCC hardstanding up to 1.5 mtr of sub stations and 2/4 pole structure etc including disposal of vegitation /material up to 50 mtr distance from the site and levelling/surfacing the ground all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation over the areas around the substations not exceeding 45 cm depth and averaging 30 cm deep and getting out spoil in hard & dense soil including levelling the surface all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for screened river sand, filling on the levelled ground surface/ducts in sub stations/below 2 pole & 4 pole structures etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stone aggregate of size 35 to 40mm spreading over sand layer in the substation areas including proper leveling all as directed and shown at site.

Material and labour for stone aggregate of size 20 to 25 mm spreading over sand layer in the sub stations areas including proper levelling all as directed .

Material and labour for taking out spreaded aggrgate of any size & sieving the aggrgate & dust/ sand & relaying the aggregate after sieving in the sub stations all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B brick straight cured on plan exc 6m mean radious built in cm 1:4 including demolition of brick work all as specified and directed.

Rendering/cement plastering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement mortor 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Material and labour for excavation in post holes soft/loose soils ( for similar holes each not exc 0.5 cum getting out returning , fillling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for encasing of fencing posts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 3.15 mm dia chain link fencing including line wires , size of mesh 50x50 mm to any type of standards , rails straining bolts , etc including provision of binding wire complete including demolition of chain link fencing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for rolled section joist , chaneel angle or tee sections, fixed independently without connection plated etc ( cut of ordinary lengths i.e within 20 mm of the length indicated conforming to FE 410 Gde E-250 quality A including dismantling of fencing post all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing of New steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of Red oxide primer zinc chrome all as specified and directed.

Preparing of New steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of black bituminous caot over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made )with hexagaonal or square headsat one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long dia of shank diameter of neck in 5 to 10mm all as specified and directed.
