Manning , operation & Maintenance of electric driven STP Plant 40 KLD Capacity including periodical maintenance of starter, panel board etc, valve operation for giving water supply, cleaning of installation and nearby area complete all as direcsted in three shifts of eight hours per day continuous duration inclduing Sunday and gazetted holidays incluidng daily check and maintenacne/cleaninag weekly/monthly/quarterly and half yearly with one motor pump attendant/operation in each shift all as specified :- Shift one - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs-01 No (FGM) Shift two - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs -01 No (FGM) Shift three - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs -01 No (FGM))

Note : (a )The motor pump attendant/operator shall be qualified as per PCB/NBC norms having 04 Years experience in concerned field. (b) Log book for daily record maintained (c) Monthly visit of Technical Person to Access the running health of STP Plant (d) Repair cost included in the qouted rate. (e)Daily Works.The contractor shall be ensure the proper working of the plant round the clock in 7days a week without any holiday or break, the operations of the pumps. operation of all motors.&aerat or as installed in STP. (f) Timely Works:- The contractor shall be ensure that repairing done in timely as and when Requierd, the maintained of proper log books for the each entary of all operations,Proper cleaning of sump drains sewage treatment plant . ensure the lifting sludge time to time whenever required.ensure the filling of oiling the aerator pumps and the gearbox for their proper operations& maintained register for oil and grease trap cleaning schedule. ensure the maintened of logbook for registering cleaning &chemical schedule.ensure changing media of the filters if required shall be provided by MES .ensure maintenance of logbook and the timely update of the same. also ensure that good standards of housekeeping are maintained at STP, ensure periodic cleaning of all tanks as directed by The Eng in charge .ensure proper maintenance of pipe lines valve set c.i e.& their proper painting and timely greasing , enterey made in logbook .ensure cleaning of media meant for aerobic treatment of sewage. & timely intimation to UK-PCB about the requirement and necessities of the STP& parameter as per UK-PCB Norms and liaise with UK-PCB and approval for sample of treated effluent being discharge in six month reports are provided as and when required by preferably in soft copy .ensure the cleaning of bar screen as on when required.
