Repairing of Potentional Transformer under ETD, Bahraich

Repairing of Potential Transformers of Sub Station Incoming & Outgoing Feeders under Electricity Test Division, Bahraich. The work Includes:- (A) Opening & Dimanting of PT from Pannel, Lifting of core and coil unit from PT Tank after opening of HT/LT Connections. (B) Dismanting of top side core removing of epoxy casted HT/LT damaged coil units after replacement of insulation by new insulation. (C) Fitting of complete reparied core all coil assembly in empty taml and tighning and making HT and LT side connections. (D) Putting in heating chamber for proper insulation resistance (Meggar Value) testing the same by suitable 10 KV Meggar for HT side and 500V meggar for LT side. After getting proper results complete PT tested on 11 KV Supply. (E) Proper cleaning of carbon of PT housing by thinner etc, removing and replacement of 11 KV housing bushing by new bushing and their housing contact. (F) Removing and Replacement of damaged insulation contact, HRC fuse wiring etc (G) Reinstalltion of PT at its original place.
