Dismantling posts or struts of wood/steel/RCC embedded in concrete/brickwork/ masonry/ground, any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type, size, of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar' holes), in soft/loose soil, each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mild steel angle iron fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh, chain link fencing etc.), including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only mild steel angle iron fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh, chain link fencing etc.), including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old serviceable posts as obtained from serial item No 1.01 hereinbefore shall be reused after cleaning the posts. The rate quoted shall include for cleaning the posts and using new fillets also.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of 4mm dia and mesh of any size for fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of 4mm dia and mesh of any size including line wires, fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2uun dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Each line wire to be measured seperately.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars, 10mm dia and over, as in line bar, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Gde I, IS-432 (part I) Part- I complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint, over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces, of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 16-20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut and machine polished, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado, jambs, pillar etc., laid over and including cement screed of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 70,400.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 56 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
