Providing and fixing of Tensile Membrane Fabric Structures at entrance and South West staircase to prevent rainwater entry at Admin Building and CMD South side terrace opening IIT Hyderabad Kandi Sangareddy

Design, fabrication, supply and installation of pre- stressed Tensile Membrane Fabric structure with supporting steel structure shall be made of built up tubular round sections of Tata, Jindal or equivalent approved make including cutting, hoisting, fixing in a position including welding and bolted/anchored with special shaped washers/anchors/fasteners etc. including One coat of Zinc chromate primer & Two coats of synthetic enamel paint/ epoxy/ASPA etc. all complete as per the approved drawings and directions of the Engineer In-charge. The tensile membrane fabric makes of Serge Ferrari/Mehler/Verseidag/Hiraoka and company Limited or equivalent of high quality 750 GSM (SERGE FERRARI Flexlight 8322S2 or equivalent) shall be: (i) having minimum Tensile strength (Warp/Weft) 420/400 daN/5 cm (ii) having minimum tear strength (Warp/Weft) of 50 / 50 da N (iii) Adhesion 12daN/5cm (iv) Multi composed PVDF-lacquer system on both sides (v) UV-protected with Flexlight perform 8322 S2 (v) weldable without grinding having a minimum weight of 750 gm/sqm should carry a warranty of minimum 15 years over steel structure frames with all fittings & fixtures such as MS End Plates, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Turnbuckles, swedge, fork, keder rods, MS strands with stainless steel end terminals etc., complete as per the approved Drawings, technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-charge
