A) Consultancy Services as defined in the scope of work of NIT including but not limited to preparation of site survey plan, carrying out Soil Investigation minimum 18 (Eighteen) nos. bore holes or as required according relevant code are to be executed for Soil Testing work, the minimum depth of each bore hole will be 30m or till refusal. structural designing based on Architectural Drawings issued by competent authority, vetting of design by reputed Govt. Institute as approved by the competent authority, preparation of detailed estimate, tender documents, obtaining necessary statutory approvals from local bodies and Fire NOC from the fire department as applicable, survey and permission of tree cutting/transplantation, obtaining completion certificate after construction of projects all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. B) Carry out a detailed survey of all existing buildings/structures proposed for demolition and prepare a comprehensive survey report before commencement of demolition activities. C) Conducting detailed survey and submission of plan for felling/Transplantation of trees, which includes: - 1. Preparation of KML files of plantation and transplantation 2. GPS Co-ordinates of all trees 3. Submission of online application form-Bone-forest portal along with: - a) Tree Preservation plan as per Tree Transplant policy, 2020. b) Tree Enumeration list showing trees to be transplant/felled/Retained with Geo-coordinates of each tree duly signed by applicant. c)Map showing location of each tree, trees to transplant/felled/retained on A0/A1 size with different color coding of trees. d)Declaration supported by documents about the number of applications made under Section 9 of the Delhi Preservation of trees Act, 1994 in that particular year regarding the same property. e) Boundary description of the project site (duly signed by the applicant). 4. Obtaining tree transplantation / felling permission from Delhi Forest Department or competent authority as per law. Note:- 1. The consultancy services under this NIT shall not include structural design and drawing work related to the C/o Academics Building AB-6 which shall be carried out in EPC mode. 2. The cost of this Soil Testing Activity is included in the tendered rate and nothing extra is payable in this regard.
