Repair and fitment of 09 nos Rail Crane with 02 Years AMC including provision for dismantling Rail crane from existing BFR and remounting on same type BFR after POH/ROH.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V / N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB (attached with tender document), along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet. Non submission of the documents by the bidder shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.

(a) The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, Or(ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, Or(iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender.Definition of Similar Nature of work: OEM OR Authorized dealer of OEM having Experience for carrying out scheduled maintenance /repair/reconditioning contract of wagon mounted Rail Cranes of 05 Ton capacity or above in Railway or central or State Government or PSU.OR Experience in satisfactory carrying out scheduled maintenance/repair/reconditioning contract of wagon mounted Rail Cranes of 05 Ton capacity or above in Railway or Central or State Government or PSU.

The bid security shall be deposited either in cash through e- payment gateway or submitted as Bank Guarantee Bond from a scheduled commercial bank of India. Necessary guidelines on submission of Bid Security may be followed from Indian Railway Standard General Condition of Contract April-2022 clause no 5.

Submission of Cover Letter (Tender Form-first sheet) as per Annexure -1 of part-II of Tender document.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The tenderers are required to observe the website to find out if any correction slips issued subsequent to uploading of the Tender. Railway reserves the right to make any additions/alterations to the tender uploaded and issue corrigendum to the same effect. Incase the tenderer fails to take note of the above corrigendum, the additions and alterations entered/effected in the corrigendum shall be binding upon the tenderer and no claim what so ever will be entertained by Railway.

No manual tenders sent by post/Fax/courier or in person shall be accepted

No post tender correspondence shall be entertained after closing of tender even suo moto post tender letters of the tenderers shall be treated as null/void.

Indian Railways Standard General Conditions of contract 2022 corrected up to date of closing of tender and the attached document are part of the tender document

Tender shall be dealt with latest GCC April, 2022 of Indian Railway with its amendment & tender document. In case of any difference between provisions of GCC -April,2022 with its amendment and any condition contained in this tender document, the provisions of GCC -April'2022 with its amendment will prevail, unless stated otherwise.
