od4483/2018_2019 : Design, supply, installation and testing of FIFA PRO synthetic Football Turf from FIFA preferred manufacturers, consisting of and satisfying the following specification. Monofilament of pile height 60mm or nearest , made of polyethylene, abrasion resistant and UV resistant. 2. Shock absorbent and fungus resistant backing, with perforations for drainage, comprising of a primary backing and a secondary backing, made of woven and non-woven polypropylene, to provide dimensional stability. It shall allow proper tufting of fibres, binding and seaming of turf rolls/panels as per FIFA standards 3. Infill with rubber granules and silica sand as per manufacturers recommendation. 4. A test certificate of compliance to FIFA specification shall be obtained after installation. Test report on the material shall also be furnished. The price shall be inclusive of all materials, all wastage and other incidentals for completion of the work, unloading and staging of rolls, sewing of seams, infilling with appropriate dispensing, spreading and leveling equipment, brushing of fibres with all poly hydraulic controlled equipment, painting of any lines with approved synthetic turf paint complete . The payment to be made for the area of turf installed. The work shall be executed according to FIFA approved drawings, specifications and methodology, following the FIFA quality concepts and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

16.69 : Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment ).
